Returns Policy

  • Yes, we accept returns after verification.
  • Graphics/ stickers category no return is applicable.
  • We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we are happy to help.

Returns Procedure

  1. Email us at customercare@eamzn.in with your Order ID. We will register your order for return.
  2. Send your order back to the following address using Standard Post or any courier service: SHIV TRADERS
    1137/10, Naiwala, Karol Bagh, New Delhi – 110005.
  3. After quality check, your refund will be processed the same day. It can take 15–30 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account as per standard banking procedure.

Terms & Conditions

  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • The product does not fit, or
    • A wrong/damaged product was delivered to you, and this is verified.
  • Change of mind after dispatch, or after you have received the product, is not considered a valid reason for return.
  • Any return request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests raised after 24 hours will not be processed.
  • All products must be returned in their original packaging.

  1. What courier service do you use?
    We at Eamzn use reliable e-commerce friendly couriers like Delhivery, FedEx and XpressBees to deliver your order.
  2. How long do you take to dispatch after receiving the order?
    We dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it.
  3. How long will it take to get my order?
    Depending on your location, delivery will take 2–7 days:
  • Delhi-NCR: within 24-48 Hours(Rate Discount-Applicable)
  • Metro cities: 2–3 days
  • Rest of India: 4–6 days
  • North East & A&N: 6–7 days

Note: In exceptional cases, delivery can take longer than expected.

  • Once we dispatch your order, we send tracking details via WhatsApp/SMS/Email.
  • You can also track your order in your Eamzn account or via the chat app by providing your order details.
  • Please wait 24 hours after ordering to receive your tracking details.

    All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Delhi.

    Yes, we ship across India.
  3. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship worldwide wherever shipping is available. Delivery time will vary based on location.(Only For wholesale orders)
